Choose.place provides online geography-themed games including Memory Map, Pinpoint,Flag Frenzy, Geo Sorter, Geo Invaders, and other games. We offer both free and premiumfeatures. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify ordiscontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Free and Premium Features
Free Features
All users can play our core games (Memory Map, Pinpoint Quick Play, Flag Frenzy,Geo Sorter, Geo Invaders) without payment. Free users receive daily stampsand can track personal high scores.
Premium Subscription
Premium subscribers ($20/year) receive additional features including:
- Access to global leaderboards and rankings
- Daily Spin bonus wheel
- Daily and Weekly Challenges
- Pinpoint Campaign mode (levels 2+)
- Memory Mastery belt progression
- Passport and achievement tracking
- Enhanced daily stamp bonuses
5. Stamps (Virtual Currency)
Stamps are an in-game virtual currency used to play certain game modes. Important points:
- Stamps are earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, and achievements
- Stamps can be purchased through our shop
- Stamps have no real-world monetary value
- Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts
- Purchased stamps are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to modify stamp costs and rewards
Upon account termination, all stamps are forfeited.
6. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By purchasing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.Paddle handles all billing inquiries, refunds, and payment disputes.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy:
- Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't extensively used premium features. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
- Stamp Purchases: Purchased stamps are non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by law.
- How to Request: Contact us or use Paddle's billing portal to request a refund.
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record.EU customers retain statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation tools
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or game outcomes
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
9. Leaderboards and Fair Play
Leaderboard rankings are based on game performance. We reserve the right to:
- Remove scores that appear suspicious or fraudulent
- Ban accounts that violate fair play principles
- Reset leaderboards periodically
- Modify scoring systems and ranking algorithms
Our decisions on scoring, rankings, and account standing are final.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Choose.place, including games, graphics, text, and software,is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do notguarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.Your use of the service is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for anyindirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from youruse of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount youpaid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service immediately ceases
- Your stamps and game progress are forfeited
- Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registeredusers of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service afterchanges constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the lawsof the Republic of Serbia. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumerprotection laws of your country of residence also apply.
